Refund & Cancellation Policy
 

At Lifespan Nutrition, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalised care. To ensure fairness and availability of appointments for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our refund and cancellation terms below:
 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled consultation cost.

• Non-attendance without prior notice will be charged at the full consultation fee.
   

Refunds

• Fees for consultations are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

• Prepaid appointments (where applicable) may be refunded if cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.

• Refunds are not available for digital resources, educational materials, or downloadable products once accessed.
   

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. In genuine emergencies, please contact us promptly at lifespannutrition@gmail.com so that we may provide flexibility where possible.
