By booking a consultation, purchasing supplements, or using any of our services (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Ts&Cs as well as any other rules or guidelines provided by us from time to time (together, the “Terms”). Please read carefully.

1.2. Overseas clients

If you are located outside Australia, it is your responsibility to ensure our products or supplements can be lawfully imported into your country. We are not liable if your order is seized or restricted by customs or local laws.

1.3. Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue providing services if you fail to comply with these Terms.

2. FEES AND PAYMENT

2.1. Orders subject to acceptance – All orders are subject to confirmation and product availability. A sale is only final once we accept your order.

2.2. Third-party suppliers – Some products may be fulfilled by third-party providers (e.g. Vital.ly, Oborne Health Supplies, Ariya). You must also comply with their terms and conditions.

2.3. Fees – Our consultation and product fees are published on our Website or communicated in writing. All prices are in Australian dollars. Where applicable, GST will be added. Fees may change at any time with notice. International clients are responsible for customs duties and taxes.

2.4. Payment terms – Payment must be made in line with the payment terms provided at the time of booking or ordering.

3. WARRANTIES AND REFUNDS

  • Products purchased directly from us: Notify us within 7 days of delivery if goods are damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. Proof of purchase and details of the issue are required. You are responsible for return postage and insurance.

  • Products purchased via third-party suppliers: Contact the supplier directly.

3.2. Consumer guarantees – Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation in cases of major failure.

3.3. Delivery and risk – Risk transfers to you once the product is provided to the carrier.

3.4. Refunds – Refunds are provided only where required by law, or if we cannot supply your order. We do not refund simply for change of mind.

3.5. Allergies and contraindications – Some products may contain allergens (e.g. nuts, gluten, dairy) or may not be suitable for pregnancy, breastfeeding, or certain medical conditions. It is your responsibility to review product information and seek advice before purchasing. We are not liable for allergic or adverse reactions.

3.6. No guaranteed outcomes – Health and nutrition outcomes vary depending on individual circumstances. We do not guarantee specific results.
